FPSpilot ("we") operates fpspilot.com. For any privacy question contact privacy@fpspilot.com.

2. Data we collect

When you register we store your username, email and password (hashed). Optionally you can add a biography, avatar, social links and PC builds. We also keep minimal technical data (access logs) for security.

3. Purpose

We use your data exclusively to operate the service: your account, your public profile and your builds. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of the contract (providing the service) and our legitimate interest in platform security.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@fpspilot.com.
