FPSpilot ("the site" or "the platform") is a gaming hardware portal that allows users to:
- Browse information about PC components, gaming laptops and other hardware (processors, GPUs, peripherals, etc.) with comparative performance data.
- Create and publish builds —hardware configurations— with component lists, estimated prices and purchase links.
- View game pages with verified system requirements and community-reported performance data.
- Access price comparisons and deals at external stores via affiliate links.
FPSpilot does not sell products and is not an intermediary in any transaction between users and external stores.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The site owner holds or has licensed all intellectual property rights in the platform's own content: design, code, texts, graphics, logos and images created by the FPSpilot team.

FPSpilot makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of published information, but does not warrant that:
- Performance data, prices, availability or product specifications are accurate, complete or up to date at all times. Performance figures are comparative estimates; component prices are approximate and user-submitted.
- The service will be available without interruption or free of errors.
- External links will always be active or that linked sites comply with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by Spanish and European law, the owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use this website, or from purchases made at external stores linked from the site.
